    Job (/ dʒ oʊ b / JOHB; Hebrew: אִיּוֹב – ʾIyyōḇ; Greek: Ἰώβ – Iṓb) is the central figure of the Book of Job in the rabbinical literature, Job is called one of the prophets of the Gentiles.
